Fallen Heroes Family Lifeline

Fallen Heroes Family Lifeline is an approved 501c3 non-profit corporation in the State of Missouri. Our Federal Taxpayer ID is 86-2496261. We provide all services and assistance at no cost to military families requesting or identified as needing any of the services and assistance we may provide or assist families and/or surviving spouses in obtaining such services and assistance. We strive to use 95-100% of any/all donations for the purposes of providing guidance, information and assistance both indirectly and directly. Fallen Heroes Family Lifeline receives Grants that help cover the majority or all of our basic operating costs.
